Bron&Co Christmas Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Bron&Co Christmas Giveaway (“Giveaway”) run by Bron&Co (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering, participants (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Bron&Co are not eligible.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @Bronandco_ on Instagram.

  2. Like the Giveaway post.

  3. Tag at least one friend in the comments.

  4. Optional: share the post to your Instagram Story for an extra entry.

Multiple entries are allowed as long as each tag follows the rules.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway opens on [DATE POSTED] and closes on 17 December 2025 at 7:00 PM GMT.
Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize bundle:

  • 2x tickets to Tucker Wetmore in London on 29/04/26

  • 2x Bron&Co Classic Truckers

  • 2x Bron&Co Classic Tees

Total number of winners: 1.

Tickets were legally purchased by Bron&Co and this giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Tucker Wetmore, his team, Ticketmaster, or the venue.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official account @Bronandco_ only.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, we reserve the right to choose another winner.

  • The prize must be accepted as awarded; no cash or alternative is available.

We are not responsible for a winner failing to check messages or for incorrectly provided account details.

6. Prize Delivery

  • Physical items will be shipped to a UK address provided by the winner.

  • Tickets will be transferred electronically (if transfer is available) or delivered as stated by the original ticket vendor.

  • Bron&Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier issues, or ticket provider restrictions.

7. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Giveaway if necessary (e.g., fraud, technical issues, or events beyond our control).

  • We are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or corrupted entries.

  • By entering, participants release Bron&Co from any liability relating to participation or prize acceptance, as far as permitted by law.

8. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, you confirm you release Instagram of all responsibility.

9. Data Protection

  • We will only use your personal data to administer the Giveaway and contact the winner.

  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the prize.

  • Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
